Steve has been working in the real estate profession for over 19 years. Prior to starting work in the industry, Steve completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economics) at the University of Western Sydney. For the period, 1996 to 2001 Steve specialised in industrial real estate, firstly in the Western Sydney market before moving to South Sydney where he was a key member of one of the larger corporate real estate firms. Steve was employed with City Alliance from 2001 to 2005 as a senior negotiator. Steve has returned to City Alliance as a director following 6 years working as a development manager for Bamburgh Properties followed by FKP Pty Ltd. Throughout his career Steve has negotiated transactions for companies including: Fauldings, Sigma Company Ltd, Australian Customs, Schenker Stinnes Group, Corporate Apparel Group, St Hilliers, and AMP.
